Seaside Holiday Flats
The Fairhaven Flats are situated next to the Fairhaven Hotel in a commanding position on the Esplanade. Overlooking the golden sands, the flats are situated in the perfect location for a family holiday with the harbour, town centre and theatre just a few minutes level walk away.
The Fairhaven Hotel is adjacent to the Flats, and reception can deal with any queries you may have. The Fairhaven has free entertainment most nights during the season, which subject to the managers discretion, you are more than welcome to enjoy with our compliments.
All three flats are self contained and have their own private entrance. Each flat comprises of Lounge/Dining room with colour television and stunning views over Weymouth beach and the coastline beyond.
Each flat is all electric with a £1 slot meter and comprises a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. The flats offer accommodation as follows (all linen and towels are provided). We are able to supply cots free of charge if required.
3 Flats at 36 The Esplanade
Flat 1, which is split-level, offers accommodation for up to six people in one family room (four beds) and one twin room.
Flats 2 and 3 offer accommodation for up to four people in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
1 Flat at 40 The Esplanade
Offers accommodation for up to 8 people
First Floor-Lounge, Kitchen/Diner and Toilet
Second Floor-2 Double Bedrooms (One ensuite)
Third Floor-2 Twin Bedrooms and Bathroom
The Fairhaven Holiday Cottage is situated in New Street, a small street directly behind the seafront and close to the harbour and shopping centre.
The fairhaven Hotel adjoins the flats and cottage and the hotel reception will be your contact point for check-in and for any queries or assistance that you may require.
The hotel has two separate bars, one with free entertainment on most evenings during the holiday season, which, subject to the manager’s discretion, you will be able to use.
The cottage offers the following accommodation and sleeps up to 8 people.

1 en suite double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, family bathroom
The cottage has gas central heating and bed linen and towels are provided. Energy costs are included in the published tariff.
One on-street parking permit is provided free of charge.
THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE IS A NON SMOKING ENVIRONMENT AND WE REGRET THAT NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN EITHER THE HOLIDAY FLATS OR THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE.
